Our client has an immediate need for a results-oriented, innovative global consumer marketer to support the Senior Manager on their high-profile Global Franchise brand. In conjunction with the objectives set in the global brand strategy, you'll assist with building cohesive and actionable Franchise marketing and merchandising plans for the brand, leveraging the best thinking from around the world and realizing synergies in execution. Partnering with our Global Franchise Leader, you will be part of a team that provides strategic vision and inspiration to franchise initiatives within licensing, digital product & social platforms.
Oversee the review and approval process for all licensing, publishing, digital, and promotional partner submissions pertaining to the brand. Ensure that the design and development of products, marketing assets, branded premiums, and TVCs are in line with the brand DNA. Lead the design and implementation of new information exchange system in order to promote greater transparency and to improve the flow and sharing of best practices between all brand stakeholders Assist with the strategic vision, working across product, merchandising, retail and marketing teams to establish a brand road map that integrates all customer touch points Lead the definition and deployment of creatively-driven pitches, presentations, and events. Including but not limited to ideation, development and execution Build strong relationships across the brand blueprint teams, leveraging best practices and realizing synergies in execution In partnership with the Franchise Leader, craft long-term strategic vision and cross-category growth plans
