The Role: Associate Interactive Producer - New York
The Associate Interactive Producer plays the key, proactive project-management role driving coordination of flawless execution of large-scale, digital advertising programs. The Associate Interactive Producer is responsible for driving the planning, coordination and execution of all development and production activities, in coordination with senior-level members of the Interactive Solutions team including Interactive Producers and Senior Interactive Producers. You develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and work back schedules. You also assist with all program production and logistics, including deal with vendors, customers, partners, and a wide range of groups within the company on scalable custom projects, communicating their status on a regular basis.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and production skills, and knowledge of the various phases of digital production (copywriting, website design, interaction design, front end technologies and implementation). The ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects with critical deadlines and material risks is essential.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of large-scale, digital advertiser programs including all project management, scheduling, and production.
- Assess, establish, and manage digital project scope, timing, work effort and established budget through the project life cycle.
- Schedule kick-off and team-up meetings based on requirements from the schedule targets, and subsequently attend meetings.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Attend and contribute in project milestone meetings, driving efforts to meet schedules and budgets, and other business and project related meetings as needed
- Coordinate with both internal and external cross-functional colleagues, Product Managers, Marketing Programs Managers, Advertising Program Managers, Creative Specialists, Marketing, PR, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors.
- Consistently provide input that will help to improve systems, process and procedures
QA - Development of Q/A scripts and test cycles, and QA and troubleshooting
- Responsible for ensuring successful communications for digital projects and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and purchase orders, controlling costs and managing for efficiency.
- Lead client calls focused on program execution issues including communication of key deliverables, timelines, and milestones and the presentation of creative assets.

Skills Developed
In this role, you will become an expert in production execution of large-scale advertising programs on various digital platforms. You will become intimately familiar with digital production and implementation best practices, with a keen eye for variation across multiple project types including web-based apps, microsites, 360 / VR experience, and first-to-market technologies. You will learn to work cross-functionally to remove barriers and solve challenges to meet internal and external partner needs. You will understand product changes and sales strategies aimed to delivering revenue plans.

Required Qualifications:
- BA / BS degree required
- 2 - 4 years of experience as a interactive producer, digital producer, digital project manager and or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience with design and production of interactive content and products
- 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- Basic familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote and or Google Products
- Highly knowledgeable and passionate about the digital space with a strong desire to create best-in-class digital experiences

- General understanding of the capabilities and limitations of programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- General understanding of the typical technical/ digital development lifecycle including QA and post-launch processes
