Associate, EMEA Platform partnerships

Mu client is seeking an Associate to join the EMEA Platform Partnerships team responsible for the success of our mobile developers and strategic partners integrating with other parts of the business. The Platform offers developers a variety of products to build, grow and monetize their apps on mobile and desktop. This is an opportunity to focus on the mobile platform exclusively, creating exceptional support experiences for developers and delivering actionable product insights and enhancing graph quality. This individual will serve as the voice of partnerships team internally, working closely with two Head of Mobile Platform Partnership Managers and engaging with our engineering and product teams.


Responsibilities
•An individual who is obsessed with software, startups and app developers with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences;
•Provide business analytics strength to track and manage the performance of mobile developer data to tell a story and make recommendations;
•Conduct insightful analysis using data to derive insights that will drive to thoughtful recommendations and action plans;
•Identify anomalies and opportunities and report activity via presentations / reports
•Produce case studies, best practices, other materials to help developers integrating with Parse
•Help educate developers / partners on the platform, translating insights into simple and intuitive communications;
•Track retention and performance of partners and develop cross-functional strategies to drive improvement;
•Understand data and use that data to “tell a story” to a partner;
•Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from partners;
•Ability and experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in uncertain, dynamic environments;
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills
•Able to prioritize when juggling multiple responsibilities on behalf of multiple partners;
•Track and manage the performance of partners and identify levers for driving revenue growth;
•Drive operational excellence that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business;

Skills:
•5+ years' work experience. A minimum of 2 years' experience at a leading management consulting, corporate strategy, Internet and/or technology (consumer or B2B) team;
•Demonstrated problem solving ability, and comfort dealing with ambiguity;
•Ability to work standalone and manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience with partner or client facing work
•Strong Excel modelling skills;
•Advanced Powerpoint/presentation abilities;

Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in an analytical field
