Our large Pharmaceutical client is looking for a Product Commercialization and Operations expert for a 6 month TEMP to PERM opportunity!
• Lead key operational aspects of commercialization and digital product activities
• Responsible for ensuring overall execution of ODH program including but not limited to:
o Ensuring timely execution of ODH commercialization activities under Marketing, Sales and PR groups.
o Ensuring that client is operationally ready for product commercialization
o Management of integrated project plans to support all areas of commercialization
o Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and allocation of resources.
o Manage multiple agencies and vendor relationships
o Collaborate seamlessly with Sales Leadership, Medical, Legal and IT development teams – within client and Alliance partner
o Develop materials to support sales team efforts
o Coordinate the development, review and PRC approval of all the sales and marketing material
o Coordinate all the activities with Marketing and Sales leads to ensure alignment with Product development team and timely availability
o Overall coordination across work streams such as Development, Implementation, Change Management, Analytics, Production Support, Sales, Marketing
o Ensure the integration of Otsuka/IBM Product development, Commercialization and Sales team to develop a plan for Initial Commercial Release (ICR) of ODH.
o Process development and alignment around invoicing and other consulting activities that Otsuka will perform with IBM.
o Coordinate and participate in market expansion activities including seminars, roundtables, Local and National events to identify key influencers in an effort to promote awareness and selling.
• Support bi-weekly meetings of the Joint Commercialization Committee (JCC), regular Brand Team meetings to ensure alignment across all functions and teams on ODH, and other ad-hoc meetings or discussions, as needed, in order to capitalize on opportunities, address and mitigate issues and/or risks
• Preparation of presentation slides and coordination of necessary reviews for JCC, JSC & BDCC as required
• Support Otsuka executive team with preparation of any materials and other supporting documents for senior leadership meetings.
• Maintains accurate and complete documentation regarding management discussions, action items, decisions
• Timely communication of any operational issues / risks to Otsuka Executive team
• Maintains patient level data to which the position may have access, directly or indirectly, in a confidential and secure manner consistent with Company policies and federal and state laws (e.g. HIPAA, SAMSA, etc). Adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
