Associate Digital Producer

As Associate Digital Producer for the client's ecommerce site, you will manage all aspects of assigned projects and related production processes to effectively execute on timelines, budgets, and business needs. You’ll focus on web editorial and email content for the the soccer category, striving to reflect the client's design ethos and enhance the consumer online retail experience. You'll drive project schedules and communications, meeting cadence, and execution of key deliverables. You'll ensure the web content meets quality standards and business expectations. You’ll also maintain all project documentation and specifications for integration into ecommerce standards.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Intake content project briefs from the visual merchandising team. Vet completeness and accuracy. Assess project scope, assign project team, and develop schedule and budget.
• Partner with the Creative team on project intake and schedules.
• Attend Creative Reviews and own/communicate all stakeholder feedback
• Communicate status of projects to all stakeholders regularly
• Work directly with technical designers to ensure translation of designs to CQ
• Set expectations for project scope, monitoring and tracking to schedule and budget
• Partner with Marketing team to include SEO in final published content
• Manage projects to develop new CQ templates based on merchandising needs
• Track and organize all creative assets and contribute to the development of an asset management system
• Manage additional non-seasonal content related projects and workstreams as digital commerce needs and processes evolve


Requirements for the position include:

• Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Design or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' directly relevant work experience
• Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts in process models as needed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to senior managers
• Experience building relationships, interacting with all levels of leadership and understanding and valuing cultural differences
• Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management
• Demonstrated project management and process excellence
