Associate Digital Producer

DIG is seeking an Associate Digital Producer for digital marketing initiatives across several global brands. This role will support and partner with digital marketing leads and cross-functional global digital leads to lead and produce projects through the development phase and will be responsible for driving market assignment from start to closure. Work in close cooperation with the creative teams, key account managers and stakeholders leveraging internal and external resources, planning/creating schedule and budgets, and delivering products on time and in budget. They will also be responsible for tracking and meeting key performance results, keeping stakeholders well informed of status, cultivating a culture of continuously improving the process and building a project management practice including processes and documentation to improve efficiency and effectiveness of production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ability to effectively project manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment on time and within budget · Experience with asset gathering and delivery
· Ability to adhere to allocated budget and schedule per project
· Experience developing project briefs · Experience managing small to medium-size web projects
· Clearly and concisely communicating the project status to program leadership, business stakeholders, and other teams in the program.
· Involvement with production support and issue resolution activities
· Raise awareness of dependencies and blocks that are impediments to the sprint / iteration
· Prioritize, track, and remediate issues
· Ability to find ways to improve process and tools to gain efficiencies
· Provide input for the optimization of process for content management and website/app localization

Skills:

· Understanding of web/app design and development and the related technologies
· Experience managing localization from soup to nuts, and the ability to consult with design teams to design experiences that are optimized for localization.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead through influence
· Experience managing QA process, including initiating, reviewing, assigning and triaging bugs
· Demonstrates strong knowledge and thorough understanding of digital landscape
· Highly organized, self-starter, must be willing to jump in and get the job done if necessary
· Proven collaboration skills in improving process and work flow management
· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment
· Excellent reporting and analytic skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail

Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably marketing and commercial execution
