The Associate Digital Market Development Manager position is accountable for the global development and execution of social media programs. This position is responsible for the management of social media activities supporting brand and product promotion in order to increase customer engagement, share trends and sentiment, and connect the brand and product benefits with the end consumer. Incumbents in this position will support marquee brands in all business regions to achieve agreed upon marketing and awareness objectives, help meet engagement targets, report out campaign effectiveness and influence of the channel.

Skills Incumbent should have familiarity with graphic design, web site development, and the latest technology with web and mobile platforms. Also should have experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Social, or Hootsuite or similar applications.

Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of digital marketing including email, web, display ad, social media, and event marketing.

Proficient in strategic and tactical thinking; able to work cross-functionally and able to identify creative marketing opportunities that complement the “bigger picture”.

Be a thought leader who can share trends and behaviors in social media to optimize existing platforms as well as properties that are not currently used or that are underutilized.

Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and have the ability to communicate internally and externally with different businesses and management levels.

Consistently monitors social media channel, content calendar, and voice of customer through the use of Social Monitoring systems and designated reporting tools.
