Associate Digital Marketing Analyst

One of our valued Fortune 500 financial service clients is in need of a smart, eager-to-learn candidate to join their Marketing Information Management team within consumer credit card group. This position can be a spring-board to gain valuable experience and develop a career in marketing analytics. There will be onsite, 5 days a week, 40 hours, and the client will provide hands on training with the team.

Responsibilities:
• Work on 14 marketing campaigns in 2 bi-weekly waves for existing, loyalty, acquisition consumer card members across direct mail, and digital campaigns by preparing data reports (from a proprietary marketing database) that help better visualize and understand potential effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Interact with Marketing Managers to share testing intelligence, offer suggestions, and segmentation plans
• Assist in analyzing data to identify marketing trends, insights and participate in creating models for A/B testing
• Help develop improvements to implement optimizations to various parts of the business (advertising, marketing, merchandising and even size algorithms)

Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will have 2 years marketing, quantitative analysis experience; experience with or interest in learning SAS or Sequel.
• A background working in financial services a plus!
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working with large data sets; understanding of basic statistical concepts
• Excellent communicator; will be communicating with marketing and technology teams
• Bachelor’s degree required
