The Associate Creative Director combine passions for digital innovation, conceptual thinking, elegant design, well-crafted copy, and flawless delivery to drive commerce for the world’s leading brands. A Manager, Creative is expected to lead a cross-discipline team of mid-level and junior creative talent to invent, lead and execute digital marketing programs and experiences for existing clients and new business pitches. They are the guiding light for their creative team and lift the cultural spirit of the office. They are key relationship leads with clients and are responsible for meeting the financial goals for the business.

The responsibilities of a Manager, Creative include:
• Lead a cross-discipline creative team (and vendors) to invent and execute breakthrough solutions for important client relationships.
• Focus on a creative solution “platform” such as performance media, UX, integrated marketing etc. and/or oversight of an account-based or project-based creative team.
• Management of multiple client relationships in excess of $1m.
• Partner with other capabilities in the Agency to co-create creative briefs and expectations for deliverables.
• Package creative concepts and present to clients/stake holders in persuasive, articulate and compelling ways -- charismatic story telling skills are a must.
• Lead the creative portion of new business pitches from brief to presentation.
• Support the Sr Managers in the overall growth and development of the creative capability across the office and/or region.
• Be a go-getter with an entrepreneurial attitude and passion for innovative marketing solutions and brand experiences that drive commerce.
• Manage the career development of junior creative resources and be a motivating and inspiring force in the Agency that gets the best performance out of people.
• Scope all creative phases of projects accurately and resource, manage and direct creative team members to ensure deadlines are met and within scope.
• Responsibility for financial goals including new business targets and cost management (including resources).
