Associate Creative Director

Vitamin T is partnering alongside one of the best agencies in the US marketing services industry. Our client looking for your ideas and voice to engage consumers through their client brands. They are a brand activations agency and we run some of the largest programs in the industry, including the award-winning CPG clients.

Our client is looking for an ACD/Creative Director with the ambition and energy to help make the agency famous for its Creative Solutions. They seek an advocate who will inspire clients and creative teams with passion, insight and imagination. Someone who believes that collaboration and building motivated teams is the way to generate great, strategic concepts and executions. Strong promotional and digital experience is a must. Brand advertising experience is a plus.

Reports to: SVP, Creative Director

Primary Responsibilities

· Generate strong, strategy-based concepts and champion ideas with enthusiasm.
· Inspire distinctive, engaging and innovative communications that meet or exceed the Client's creative expectations, marketing objectives and supports their business strategy.
· Maintain accountability for quality, strategy, deadline and budget for a given group of clients.
· Report regularly to management on project and team member progress.
· Work closely with account, strategic planning, production and business support to develop and implement concepts for all disciplines and competencies.
· Provide input at the proposal stage for key projects.
· Maintain knowledge of emerging promotional, digital/mobile/ web technologies and trends.
· Recommend/implement effective policies, procedures and processes.
· Independent self-starter, willing to work hands-on to ensure the best results.
Skills and Experience


· Strong portfolio including brand activations across multiple channels including print, digital, and more.
· Clear understanding of marketing and branding strategies and how to translate them into a creative platform; strong ideation, concepting and copy skills.
· Comprehensive copywriting background with solid experience in multiple disciplines of promotions, digital/mobile/web, POP, POS and OOH.
· Clear understanding of marketing and branding strategies; strong ideation, concepting and copy skills.
· Ability to maintain focus while encouraging exploration.
· Engaging communicator and presenter.
· Strong leadership skills and ability to champion ideas at all levels of the firm.
· Collaborative work style with the ability to interact with colleagues across all disciplines.
