Associate Creative Director

Lead the creation of strategically sound and highly effective marketing communications projects to support the priorities for our client. Make independent decisions on creative direction to drive highly impactful results. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

Concept development
– Independently lead the creative development of projects, taking business objectives and translating them into highly effective solutions in partnership with marketing managers, designers and other project team members
– Partner with marketing strategist and creative designers in developing creative strategies, articulating insights into design concepts
– Develop concepts that reflect strategy, are appropriate for the brand personality and help us grow creatively
Creative writing
– Write clear, compelling and concise copy for a broad range of analog and digital projects
– Review, edit and refine creative from concept to production to ensure a top quality end product
– Remain current with and communicate industry trends and techniques

Project leadership
– Ensure that projects are produced on time, on budget and with the degree of quality promised to the client
– Lead engaging presentations to clients, showcasing creative in context of strategy
– Maintain interaction with marketing leaders on project requirements
Team leadership
– Oversee external creative resources as needed on projects
– Contribute to the effectiveness of department processes and goals
