Associate Creative Director

The Associate Creative Director is expected to lead a cross-discipline team of mid-level and junior creative talent to invent, lead and execute digital marketing programs and experiences for existing clients and new business pitches. They combo as both a practitioner (in their primary craft) and leader of a creative team and are expected to inspire breakthrough ideas while delivering on the expectations and visions of senior creative leadership.

Candidates are required to: lead a cross-discipline creative team to invent breakthrough creative solutions and build valuable and trusted relationships with clients. Be a team player and partner with other capabilities in the Agency to co-create creative briefs and expectations for deliverables. Manage the execution/production of creative concepts with internal and external resources/vendors. Package creative concepts and present to clients/stake holders in persuasive, articulate and compelling ways -- charismatic story telling skills are a must. Be a major contributor and driver of the creative portion of new business pitches from brief to presentation. Support senior creative leadership in the overall growth and development of the creative capability across the network and drive the Agency mission of creating Commerce Catalysts. Be a go-getter with an entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for innovative marketing solutions that drive commerce. Be a motivating and inspiring force in the Agency to get the best performance out of people through daily teamwork and thought leadership and manage the career development of junior creative resources.

Candidates should have an award-winning portfolio and experience leading large digital marketing campaigns/sites and creative relationships with Fortune 500 companies. They should have experience in both website development and digital marketing including social marketing, video storytelling and static advertising and proven expertise in time and project management. They should have 6+ years of experience in digital marketing at leading Agencies with an expertise in either Art or Copy and growing skillset in the other. A background in non-digital marketing (Brand and promotional TV and print) is a huge plus.
