Associate Creative Director: 1 YEAR CONTRACT

ACD for Digital Loyalty and Personalization team will manage the body of work being executed on by a team of two designers and two copywriters.

The work will be a combination of promotional and functional work that centers around loyalty program & initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design
• 8+ years experience interactive and visual design for marketing, and/or advertising projects
• Experience leading creative teams
• Must have a good eye for design and attention to detail, and understand design systems
• Willingness to understand constructive feedback and apply/make changes to project work according to direction delivered by creative/UX leadership.
• Ability to employ critical thinking and sound judgment when making decisions about visual design, especially in cases where direction is absent or incomplete; i.e. being comfortable with creating output without perfect input.
• Experience working in an agile workstream is a plus.
• Experience with Adaptive and Responsive design is essential, in addition any experience working on mobile would be beneficial.
• Solid understanding of user experience and interaction design – how to craft an interaction that will intuitively lead a user through a flow.


Duties:
• Work closely with internal clients on Product and Marketing teams to intake and guide the execution on assigned work
• Develop a deep understanding of our Clients brand standards and style guides and how to apply to the visual design standards
• Deliver creative feedback to team of writers and designers on project work
• Manage up to Group Creative Director on project work
• Manage resource allocation/distribution for your team and work with Creative Director to evolve the group as necessary
• Be a constant advocate for the user: willing to ask questions of various stakeholders to make sure end work product meets the user's needs.


Scope of Work:
• Direct the creative body of work in digital for Rewards and Personalization programs
• Manage resources on the team to accomplish projects as they come in
• Ensure that our creative work is on-strategy, on-brand, technically feasible, and meets customer needs
