Associate CRM Specialist

The position of the Associate CRM Specialist is part of the Global Marketing Department and supports: automated email triggers such as transactional emails (e.g. account creation confirmations, purchase receipts, and password re-set emails); life-cycle emails to engage and retain members; and planning and executing effective email marketing tactics that align with business goals and objectives.

Looking for a bright, motivated and organized CRM team member who can effectively communicate across many stakeholders, and add value to both our automated and marketing email programs with creative and achievable optimizations that benefit company and our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow the CRM marketing programs that drive lasting and profitable relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day operation of transactional emails, and marketing life-cycle triggers.
• Partner with cross functional business teams to streamline and prioritize transactional email requirements, feature releases, content defects, and localization requests.
• Assist regional stakeholders to identify, clarify, route, and obtain approvals for email content.
• Provide ongoing assistance for network platform features that impact automated emails.
• Support new transactional email launches including pre and post-launch QA and resolution.
• Maintain a comprehensive view over all email triggers, with the objective to optimize for the best customer experience.
• Partner with the CRM leads to design, implement, and report on automated email programs.
• Develop creative briefs based on objectives, target audiences, product/service positioning, and strategic or tactical plan.
• Manage creative assets and content for the creation of email campaigns, including weekly & monthly newsletters.
• Oversee list pulls, link creation and testing for campaign deployment.
• Partner with Product Marketing Managers, Creative Services, Database Marketing Analysts and our Email Service Provider to produce, manage, and maintain program schedules.
• Track, measure and analyze performance of all email programs.
• Learn and use our Email Service Provider’s application in order to successfully execute programs.

Qualifications:
• A “do-er” and self-starter with ability to prioritize and clearly communicate priorities.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing programs, including online Customer Retention initiatives
• Knowledge of email and internet marketing methods with strong analytics-driven decision making skills
• Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple shifting priorities and processes
• Project management and organization skills; understand and articulate requirements
• Superior attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal skills to communicate effectively across cross-functional groups
• Experience with operational business tools, e-commerce, and complex workflows
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) in order to prepare all documents, presentations, tables, briefings, and worksheets.
• HTML and Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
• BA/BS Degree is required; some Marketing experience preferred.

6 month contract with potential to go full-time.
