Associate CRM Manager

The Associate CRM Manager position will work closely with the CRM Manager for all outbound communications across four different audiences (consumer, pro, energy, developer) and across all markets (NA, EU). They will help ensure every customer touch point is well thought through and customers get the relevant content they want. Doing this right will earn us trust, position this client as a desirable brand, and move people to purchase and advocacy.

It’s an exciting time to join this client: they’re growing rapidly, shifting from being a startup to a leadership brand in the home space with a large and passionate base of users. This position will help deepen customer engagement and facilitate wider adoption of the client's products.

The work:
• Support the CRM Manager for strategy and execution for all emails.
• Implement marketing messaging and develop marketing requirements for various email streams.
• Work with engineering team to implement testing and define segmentation for campaigns.
• Follow best practices ensure all email campaigns comply with permission-based marketing, CAN/SPAM, privacy and deliverability regulations.
• Assist in QA and review of email creative and tests.
• Partner closely with the internal creative team, program management team, and development team to plan email campaigns and ensure flawless execution of all communications.
• Define trigger rules and drive requirements for transactional emails. Work with engineering team to implement them as designed.
• Refine email process and manage external vendors / service providers.


Minimum qualifications:
• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of email marketing experience

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in managing and executing email programs for consumer tech products
• Experience working at an agency or with an agency to drive tailored communications including dynamic and personalized content
• Experience in A/B testing
• Experience in working with creative teams and engineering teams
• Strong communicator, customer service driven, problem solver, self-starter, analytical
• Very strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Effective project management and ability to juggle multiple projects
