Ensure the successful launch of the new Top N Go brand in small format stores. This includes developing launch materials for in store, out of store, outdoor media and grassroots. More importantly this role will be expanding the launch to new channels grocery stores, colleges and universities and food service. The objective of this role is to surpass sales targets of $15.7M This job will also require developing partnership opportunities with outside partners to develop increased distribution. Grow $2.3Billion dollar single serve salty business by over 5%. This role will require new thinking to growing velocity of the entire portfolio.

This role will be critical to developing and executing our price/size architecture for our single serve business. This role will require working with the Marketing CFO and his team to combine efforts around large and small format packaging design and messaging. This will require experience working with a design agency and combining efforts with different teams. Lastly this objective will require working with research partners to better understand the best way to communicate. Other objectives will include working with IRI and SDW data to better understand our business position and 2014 opportunities. There will also be numerous ad hoc marketing jobs that relate to the objectives above.
