A well-known culinary arts company is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to cover for an employee's maternity leave, approx. 10 weeks starting on October 1. This person will play an integral role in delivering the mission thru the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support the brand, category and customers. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience and is eager to execute directives and capable of working independently. 40 hours/week onsite in Vallejo.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Director and Brand Managers to develop and recommend tactical plans, designs and activates programs to build the business and strengthen the equity.

• Manages the creative development process from beginning to end. Writes creative briefs, engages key stakeholders, synthesizes creative feedback to Agency and works with legal/regulatory to deliver programs on time and within budget.

• Leads the tracking and reporting of campaigns and projects. Collaborates with internal partners to define and report on progress against key business indicators (including ROI).

• Provide leadership in driving for efficiency improvements across all marketing programs. Conduct program post-mortum analyses and develop “Lessons Learned” after each campaign for the benefit of the broader Marketing group.

• Assists in the development of the Marketing budget. Manage the budget, including monthly reporting of YTD spend, risks & opportunities and required accruals.
