We are hiring an Associate Brand Manager to Manage marketing and category projects and analyzing data to help lead strategic and tactical plan elements designed to deliver against the strategic growth plans for the category. Must have progressive analytical experience in product, marketing, consulting or other relevant environment. along with project leadership and is MBA strongly preferred. 1-3 years experience is ideal.
Lead and support work on espresso beverage launches through the commercialization of new products for Holiday and Winter campaign. Help with smallwares development and launch to support new beverage programs. Work on timelines, item lifecycle management, and studio briefings.
They will also lead the launch of new packaging initiatives to meet new sustainability guidelines.

Attend cross functional meetings, work on timelines and recap key meetings. Set up new beverages in the item set up system. Work with operation to validate new smallwares and test through QA. Pull data to report on sales performance for beverage launches.
