This person would assist in leading the Internet Creative Team in designing and producing creative assets and concepts for website as well as email and offsite marketing. They will assist the Art Director with execution and direction of marketing photo shoots help drive innovation and elevation on and off the web site and partner with the entire team to build the business and brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Lead and design on-brand layouts, experiences and functionality for the website as well as email and offsite marketing.
•Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to use and emotionally engaging.
•Conceptualize online presentation for seasonal initiatives.
•Be a creative, design and management lead on projects as warranted.
•Constantly generate ideas to improve the web experience, functionality and business.
•Contribute to the evolution of the site design, customer experience and brand projection.
•Participate in, and actively drive to build the brand and the business
•Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes operations, merchandising, and marketing.
•Assist in managing design team, including daily workload and individual development. Set clear roles, responsibilities and expectations of all projects to ensure that the design output is brand appropriate, and all marketing requirements are completed on time, and with the highest standard possible, for both internal and external reviews.
•Assist in recommending process improvements and help document for the team.
