Large Media and Entertainment company is seeking a TV Account Manager to join their team for this temporary assignment. The TV Account Manager position will be responsible to lead and manage television Ad Sales accounts from booking to trafficking. This position will support the sales team to provide account maintenance and client service on from both the buying and trafficking side.
Supports one or several sales teams at all levels during the sales and selling cycle and supports assigned accounts on a day-to-day basis after the close of a sale.
Specific responsibilities may vary depending on area of assignment
Manually execute all commercial unit changes and accommodate traffic revisions including, but not limited to: adding, deleting, moving and allocating units to specific brands, splitting and combining units, flight date changes, and executing any day-of-air changes.
Supports and enhance agencies relationships by monitoring clients’ requests to ensure scheduled commercial spots air correctly
Supports the process of ensuring client satisfaction with implementing agency requests and maintain contracted scheduled dollars
As assigned, assists with troubleshooting production issues and problems
Aid billing departments with clearing discrepancies with the goal to achieve a 60 day DSO for all advertisers
Maintains records of current business
Maintain the Quarterly Variance report to ensure all money is booked and reported dollars are correct.
Operates within the context of highly defined, routine ad sales processes and procedures
Participate in clearing discrepancies, assist with troubleshooting production issues/problems
Participate in clearing invoice discrepancies, assist with troubleshooting issues/problems with the goal to achieve a 60 day DSO for all advertisers.
Send post summaries and details to clients after each quarter is complete which displays the delivery of deal by advertiser (MSAs).
Maintain and develop strong working relationships with buying agencies, creative agencies, traffic agencies and internal departments supporting Customer Marketing and Sales
