Our client's sponsored listings provides innovative performance marketing solutions (CPC) for advertisers and premium publishers. They own a leading network of top-tier websites offering a broad range of advertising solutions. Their content-targeted sponsored links are distributed to many of the web's most recognized sites. They offer advertisers multiple targeting options for their campaigns; including national and local targeting by vertical, category, site, individual page, section, topic, geo and demo and keyword.

As an Associate Account Manager, you will help drive revenue by supporting solutions to walk-up advertisers and direct response clients. Specifically, you will be responsible for managing advertiser campaigns through the self-service sign-up process and the post-sale process including implementation and optimization of advertiser campaigns. This can involve working directly with our clients to make sure they are utilizing our system correctly to get maximum results. The Associate Account Manager will also oversee our editorial review process and work with legal to address any concerns.

The job requires persistent and persuasive cooperation with existing clients. Sales, analytical and negotiation skills are needed to be successful. The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage, optimize, and grow client revenues daily.
• Daily review of Editorial Review.
• Respond to incoming client questions via our Help Desk.
• Develop client relationships by providing exceptional client service such as increasing ROI on all campaigns.
• Assist in launching advertiser campaigns.
• Build a strong knowledge of ASL solutions, ad serving, and optimization technologies.

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record or equivalent work experience.
• Strong application experience (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, combining your strategizing, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication (email and phone), and analytical skills.
• High energy and passion for meeting the needs of advertising partners.
