Skill and Role Summary: 

Main duties and responsibilities: 

• Intake, Ideation and Planning

• Track progress against tasks for the stories within a workstream

• Generate timelines, manage project schedules and conduct status meetings

• Assist in design of presentations to clients

• Assist in the development of consumer insights by conducting research that will be used to

develop the creative brief

• Maintain and update status reports; schedule conference calls/meetings to discuss status;

prepare conference reports

• Co-ordinate with Project Management in the collection of assets and updating of project


• Manage the update of internal tools such as required.

• Assist with generating estimates/quotes (SOW) for all jobs; issue purchase orders; process

retainer and non-retainer billable items

• Liaise with other agencies working with the client to ensure that a holistic creative solution is

developed that makes best use of the creative assets

• Assist in gathering necessary information from client for the briefing process Revenue

Growth, Client Acquisition, Account Management

• Identify decision makers and key buying points

• Spot trends / identify opportunities.

• Help to complete background research, coral people and ideas in the Account Planning


• Understand the proposed strategy to suggest tactical changes as per the changing business

environment or client requirements

• Engage in client conversations as a means to understand client needs and inform/ educate

about capabilities. Once an opportunity is identified bring in account lead to help

sell through.

• Work effectively with Business Operations and Program Management for forecast accuracy

and maintenance.

• Assist in carrying out operational tasks such as raising a PO and co-ordinating tasks with

• Communicate and follow up with clients on projects, miscellaneous jobs, and day-to-day

requests including rush job requests or general inquiries that require immediate attention

• Follow up with internal departments providing comments, relaying client requests, and

closely checking for details and consistency

• Work with clients to identify and obtain assets for projects Team Stewardship

• Responsible for organizing and coordinating all interdepartmental communication; including

escalation management

• Foster relationships internally with all departments and follow up on project status
