Assistant Marketing Project Manager

One of our valued financial service/investment clients in NYC is in need of a smart, polished and eager person to join their team as Assistant Marketing Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Agency Project Management:
o Support strategists with regional agency, monitor work flow around all jobs: production process, proof reading all materials, ensuring print quality and completion to schedule.
• Client e-marketing communications:
o Support the production of HTML and SilverPop emails, proof reading, Legal & Compliance approvals, management of distribution lists, publishing of files/links under new e-channels system.
o Generate reports which track metrics around client emails.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance/Intellectual Property teams to navigate the correct approvals in Marketing Communications Planner on all client and marketing collateral.
• Support the project management and production initiatives for various campaigns, e.g. Charity, Tombstone, 3rd Party Conferences, Rights offering, etc.
• Work with internal teams to help coordinate the booking of advertising space through the client’s agency.
• Assist with updating and maintaining IB Credentials and Fact Sheets. This includes L&C approvals, copy changes and print production.
• Assist with content updates on microsites and web pages, liaising with e-channels and New 
Media teams.
• Manage all print jobs when necessary, aware of printing resources internally and externally.
• Manage promotion and giveaway vendors – coming up with new ideas, pricing, storage, 
inventory and fulfillment requests from the business.
• Maintain ICS Marketing SharePoint site and Photo Library
• Assist with budgeting/monitoring/processing of 
advertising, or expenses and invoices, the regulatory review process, weekly status reports, etc. 

• Work with Marketing Strategists / Execution to research and analysis competitive intelligence data (print /digital / conference) and other related assignments on a to-be-defined basis
