Assistant Marketing Manager

​Vitamin T's client ​is looking for a highly-motivated and dynamic individual to fill a temporary Assistant Marketing Manager position on ​their​ team. This position will support the Marketing Department as we build out a new CRM platform, including a robust customer onboarding program. The position will also provide day-to-day marketing support for various marketing communication and advertising initiatives throughout the year. Job ​responsibilities include:
Facilitate the build out of the bank’s Retail customer onboarding program, driving creative and content development, planning of segmentation, and execution of both direct mail and email components.
Manage the build out of the bank’s new CRM platform, building a library/ database of approved email communications for various business lines
¬Provide general marketing support on an as-needed basis, including managing creative development and execution of collateral, digital merchandising, and/or print and online advertising for various campaigns or promotions.
¬Assist other marketing functions and day-to-day requests as needed.

Qualifications
¬Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
¬Minimum 2 years year of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications or related field.
Multi-channel marketing and communication experience preferred, particularly digital and print.
Ideally has had exposure to customer targeted marketing or a customer experience focused role.
Solid understanding of current digital marketing technologies such as marketing automation, lead management and CRM.
¬Advertising agency account management or financial services marketing experience is preferred.
¬Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously and with flexibility.
¬Proactive-approach and problem-solver; able to work with and without direction, part of a team or independently.
¬Strong interpersonal skills, able to partner effectively across different levels and departments within the organization.
¬Effective communicator with strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
