Assistant Marketing Manager

Vitamin T's client is looking for an assistant marketing manager to join their team in a temp to perm opportunity. The ideal candidate will oversee branch merchandising: Develop and execute standards for branch merchandising, signage, and digital assets for rebranded branch environments. Create detailed plans for application and placement of all physical signage, digital merchandising, branded elements and product marketing. Maintain a database inventory of all branch merchandising and signage elements.
Serve as a brand ambassador: Ensure the branch staff is well educated in the company's brand standards and merchandising guidelines. Perform periodic site visits to ensure branches are adhering to guidelines/best-practices.
Manage branch marketing needs: Serve as a marketing liaison for our branch staff, fielding on-going marketing requests and managing creative development/execution for a variety of in-branch initiatives, including seminars and ad-hoc promotions.
Provide general marketing support: Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing communications materials, including product and promotional brochures, sell sheets, posters, digital merchandising, as well as print and online advertising. Provide support for new product roll-outs as well as acquisition and brand advertising campaigns.
Event planning: Coordinate events and development of any associated collateral/communications for a variety of programs, including conferences, company-sponsored community events, employee town halls, and openings.
Assist other marketing functions and day-to-day requests as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum 2 years year of experience in marketing communications or related field.
Advertising agency account management or financial services marketing experience is preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously and with flexibility.
Proactive-approach and problem-solver; able to work with and without direction, part of a team or independently.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to partner effectively across different levels and departments within the organization.
Effective communicator with strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
