Assistant Marketing Manager -- Consultant

This role will support the Senior Manager, Marketing & Portfolio Management for a Fortune 500 Gift Card business. The primary role is to assist in the development and execution of marketing programs from concept through in-store execution, and provide general, day-to-day operational support.

Responsibilities may include:
• Work with the Sr. Manager to develop and maintain annual Marketing Calendars.
• Coordinate with retail client managers to optimize marketing programs for key partners.
• Analyze competitive landscape and business performance data to support the development of reporting and strategy documents
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials and promotional products for the Gift Card business. Manage the legal approval process.
• Support the budget and invoicing process, and other day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements
•Position requires 2-4 years of experience in Marketing. Retail, or Product background preferred.
•Must possess creative, analytical, communications and computer skills (Intermediate/Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint).
•Should be a self-starter and have a keen ability to work on multiple projects.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams.
•Must be highly detail-oriented with un-prompted follow-through and ability to multi-task.
•Appreciation for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
