o Partners with the Studio's Global Product Management team to drive production of the Home Entertainment Announce Calendar which tracks critical trade and consumer announce dates for all home entertainment releases. Key stakeholders including Sales, Retail Marketing along with various Studio teams including Operations, Product Management, Legal and Publicity rely on this calendar to manage their timelines.
o Manages production and distribution of the Promotional Summary Tool documents for all home entertainment releases.
o Works with Studio Product Management to source and communicate pre-announce product information for retailers that require information early.
o Responsible for posting and cataloging sales tools to D-Room.
o Serves as Administrator for B2B product information site.
o Manages additional sales communication tools, including the MPM product issue list.
o Provides additional support to Trade Communications Assistant Manager along with Integrated Retail team on special projects and events as needed.
o Strong verbal and written presentation skills
o Strong attention to detail
o Enthusiastic collaborator with a positive attitude
o Able to represent the Integrated Retail team appropriately in front of key stakeholders and partners
o Manages timelines effectively
o Knows how or where to obtain information; is resourceful
o Multi-tasks by switching smoothly from one project or task to another
o 2-3 years professional experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
o Reports to the Trade Communications Assistant Manager
Education & Experience
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
o 2-3 years experience in brand or retail marketing/communications
