POSITION: Assistant Marketing Manager, Loyalty (Skincare/Hair)
REPORTS TO: Sr. Marketing Manager, Loyalty

POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Marketing Manager role on the Loyalty team is responsible for creating and executing promotional campaigns for .com site and retail stores. Key business partners include: marketing and production teams for email, site, social as well as search/acquisition teams, Canada, creative, merchandising, integrated marketing, stores, analytics, legal, finance and the call center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Plan, execute and recap online and in store promotional campaigns
· Able to write detailed creative briefs outlining campaign strategy objectives and requirements for creative team as well as define promotional digital assets needed
· Able to manage large campaigns from start to finish. Including working with Project Manager to develop timelines, managing setup online, trouble shooting issues, QA’ing assets, working with inventory team, managing all internal project communication and recapping results.
· Evaluate weekly reports, recapping promotion results monthly and quarterly to build hindsight’s and strategies.
· Manage regular communication to key stakeholders, including marketing, creative, production, development, senior management, customer service and IT.

REQUIREMENTS
· 4+ years in marketing experience
· 3+ years of consumer-based online experience, preferably retail
· Bachelor’s Degree Required
· Ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects, people, and initiatives while maintaining high attention to detail
· High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion
· Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
· Ability to use analytics to make data driven decisions
· Excels in fast-paced, high-volume and deadline-driven environment
· Ability to balance client experience, business needs, and resources to ensure correct prioritization of cross-functional work
· Strong understanding of consumer mindset for buying Beauty product online
· Passion for the Beauty business
· Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
