Assistant Licensing Manager

Calling all consumer products professionals! Our Fortune 500 client is seeking an Assistant Licensing Manager to drive strategy and development of top toys! You would be responsible for:
o Managing categories and the associated licensee base to exceed revenue targets.
o Define and execute business strategy for product line
o Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities
o Analyze and understand market trends, consumer trends, retailer and industry needs
o Communicate category strategy and product line offering with internal partners, including internal creative partners, finance/business development, franchise and retail sales teams
o Manage financials including ongoing POS analysis, quarterly forecasting and annual business planning and reviews
o Inform and guide licensees in the execution of all brand marketing initiatives define and integrate licensees within wider brand and marketing plans
o Work with Franchise team to provide category/business input to strategic and brand planning
o Complete analysis and help develop presentations in support of brand and category management
o Partner with Licensees to develop and promote product lines that support strategic initiatives
o Collaborate with product development team to build licensee line plans, ensure marketing strategies are reflected in product submissions
o Submit and track all necessary marketing, promotional and legal approvals - navigating internal processes and systems
o Provide all needed product and licensee information to the sales and marketing teams to support presentations
