With recent awards for restaurant design, food innovation and consumer campaigns the marketing team are now seeking an ambitious and dynamic Assistant Brand Manager to help them smash their next goals.

Job Description

Job title: Assistant Brand Manager
Report to: Head of Marketing
Direct Reports: None
Location: Central London

Purpose of the Role:

Compel customers to visit the restaurant in key trading periods, such as Christmas, through exciting PR & Social campaigns.

Ensure the success of new restaurant opening and transformations through attracting customers with impactful local marketing campaigns.

Help step change consumers perception of the brand, increasing consideration with new customers and building affinity with existing customers.

Key Accountabilities:

Working with the Head of Marketing to develop red letter day campaigns on Website, PR, Social and restaurant materials that attract customers and bring the brand positioning to life.
Deliver the red letter day campaigns through marketing agencies and restaurant teams.
Organise impactful marketing campaigns for the New Restaurant openings to ensure they have maximum awareness from day.
Produce news and buzz around refurbishments of existing restaurants. Ensure locals are aware that their restaurant has had a transformation and encourage them to visit.
Support the Head of Marketing to implement the trading plan.
Help maximise and coordinate all marketing activity through working closely with the Food team and Brand Manager Communications
Manage the budget for red letter days activity and new openings driving year on year improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage local marketing activity for the brands restaurants delivering ideas and creative materials.
Assist in the day to day management of the brands website.
Experience required:

Working in a fast paced customer facing environment
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a marketing role (this is essential)
Service brand and/or restaurant/retail experience desirable
Bringing brands to life with a genuinely creative approach.
Working independently and through agencies to find unique and ownable expressions and activities
Working where required to use own initiative
Managing projects within budget and time frame
Experience of injecting new ideas and enthusiasm into projects
Marketing degree educated or equivalent
A real interest in food and wine would be a plus.

Package:

Salary £20,000 to £25,000 (dependent on experience)
Bonus 10%
