Assistant Account Manager, Advertising

Our of the most successful companies in online advertising is looking for an Assistant Account Executive (AAE) for Advertising Operations/Sales department. The AAE functions in pre-sale, live campaign, and post-campaign activities.

Responsibilities include:
- Reserving inventory (impressions), pacing live campaigns to ensure delivery, and billing correctly for these campaigns. This role is very collaborative and independent. The AAE is expected to function fully in both capacities and communicate effectively through email, face to face interaction, and conference calls.

- Partners with account and sales teams to analyze digital advertising campaigns for a variety of clients in all verticals. They keep an eye on delivery, performance, and help troubleshoot.
- Handles RFP, Pre-sale to post-sale campaign success
- Working in Excel - Pivot Tables and V Look-ups
- Putting together reporting for the Account Manager Team
- Importing data into sheets for campaign performance
- Collaborating with Account Team on campaigns - suggest changes and how to refine campaigns
- Billing administration

This is a contract-to-hire position as a W2 employee.

Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in Advertising/sales role as a Coordinator or Assistant Account Executive
- Must fully understand Excel - know how to do V Look-ups and work in Pivot Tables
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and prepare work with the end client in mind
- Experience with 3rd party Advertising system (Doubleclick, Atlas, OpenX, TruEffect, Tradedoubler, Sizmek).
- Bachelor's Degree
