This forward-thinking client is in need of a contract Marketing Communications Assistant Account Executive for their Internal Corporate Advertising Agency reporting to and supporting a Senior Account Executive.

1. It’s founder offered insurance premiums for as little as 3 cents a week (in 1875)

4. In 1995, this client was selected as one of nine companies to participate in the Federal Diversity Benchmarking Study, part of VP Al Gore’s National Partnership for Reinventing Government.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate assigned projects, including the design, production and presentation of various marketing materials for multiple internal businesses/clients, e.g. collateral, sales support, presentations, conference and event material, annual reports, etc.
• Act as the liaison between the internal client and the creative team to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met
• Ensure work is executed according to the established guidelines (strategy, timeline, budget and quality) and work with integrated producers to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence.
• Maintain weekly/monthly project status report for internal Group Marketing Communications meeting and client meetings.
• Communicate client to integrated producer and creative department; discuss next steps in the project as well as manage current work-in-progress status reports and archives of past project information as appropriate.

Skills:
• 4 Year College Degree; 2+ years Account or Project Management experience
• Strong work ethic, detailed oriented, highly organized and reliable, and excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
• Possess the ability to take action by oneself without direction from others, anticipate and develop solutions to problems without the aid of others for assigned projects.
• Strong project management skills, relationship management, presentation and ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Working knowledge of Work Front (project management software) is a plus.
• Prior financial experience not required.
