Assistant Account Executive

Our agency client is seeking a talented, self-motivator to fill an Assistant Account Executive (AAE) Role. This position is responsible for planning, executing and moving projects through the agency according to timelines and budgets and ensuring the quality control throughout project life-cycles.

DUTIES:
Project management from opening of jobs through completion
Includes scheduling and timeline development
Be accountable for project results
Maintaining daily interaction and management of production teams through status reporting
Clearly communicate expectations and project requirements to team members
Correspond with clients and manage expectations
Problem solving throughout project life cycle
Ensure projects stay within scope and manage change orders as needed
Track and report on project milestones
Archiving and documenting on all projects through completion
Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
