Assistant Account Executive

Growing agency is looking to add an Assistant Account Executive to their team.

· Assist the account team with various administrative and project management functions such as work orders, change requests, media insertion orders, schedules, estimates, photocopies, distribution of materials, etc.
· Assist in the development of documents and presentations, including proofreading for accuracy and creating decks, spreadsheets. Be focused on detail to produce high quality work by checking and double checking items.
· Providing assistance to other Account Executives in the day-to-day operations of client relationships.
· Work collaboratively with Traffic Manager to develop project schedules.
· Schedule meetings efficiently, alerting attendees and anticipating needs such as equipment requirements, food orders, copies of documents, registering guests, etc.
· Make travel arrangements and adjusts itineraries as required.
· Prepare expense reports as directed; ensuring receipts and required incidentals forms are complete.
· Maintain accurate records and files for account team
· Exhibit a positive “can do” attitude with all Team members and be willing to “pitch in” whenever needed.
· Exhibit a professional phone manner and take messages when appropriate.
· Follow specific directions and asks appropriate questions to complete tasks thoroughly and on time.
· Develop positive and productive working relationships with Clients, supervisors and peers.
· Within three months of employment, demonstrate the ability to work independently with clients and run projects through complete agency process.
