VZWJP56169-Project/Asset Mgr(NJ)Our client is a giant in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY and has asked for our help identifying a first rate ONLINE CONTENT CONSULTANT for a 6+ month term contract engagement.

Location - Onsite at client's location in Basking Ridge, NJ.
Weekly hours - 40 hours per week
Education - Bachelor's Degree Required

Description:

Support the efforts of the MARCOM team by engaging with Mobile Application Developers and content partners in an effort to develop an graphic asset library that facilitate a strategically aligned portfolio with business objectives and consistent and memorable consumer experience. Manage relationships with creative agencies, content partners and internal business partners.
• Acquire a variety of Application and Entertainment Assets for use in marketing creative.
• Manage project submissions to Brand Central Asset Library and ensure prompt routing and follow-up approvals from Third Party Branded Content partners.
• Support development of Application/Entertainment assets for use by agency partners.
Interface directly with agencies and partners. Communicate all brand guidelines for Third Party and Client branded properties. Deliver constructive feedback to clients and agencies on changes to creative required to obtain asset approvals.
• Act as guardian for Client and partner brands by reviewing marketing assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines. Train partners and agencies on creative approval process.
• Apply knowledge of device differentiation, mobile platforms and operating systems to improve overall effectiveness of marketing content.
• Confirm strategy/branding to plan. Recommend asset usage to insure compatibility with messaging.
• Develop tools to help agencies/partners obtain approval for marketing and advertising content.
Serves as support for internal clients including Marketing Communications/Advertising, Multicultural, Public Relations, CRM, Business and Content Marketing teams. Build customer loyalty among internal and external teams by providing excellent service, ensuring availability of relevant assets, and securing approvals in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong business relationships with App Developers and Content Providers, and proactively work with strategic partners to manage existing assets and develop new content to meet branding standards.
• Work closely with cross functional teams (Device, Legal, GTM, etc.) in an effort to stay current on strategies and develop content to support device launches and other promotions.
SKILLS:
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with practical focus in one of the following areas: Marketing, Graphic Arts & Design, Project Management, Communications or Public Relations.
• Experience or working knowledge of mobile devices, with an emphasis on Android operating systems and devices, would be desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related applications required. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat desirable.
• Experience in print and graphics production including knowledge of proper digital file resolution for various print and digital formats highly desirable.
• Experience in digital image file creation including: image size, bit depth, color profiling, image resolution and compression desirable.
• Ability to network and communicate proficiently with internal and industry partners, throughout all levels of the organization, and in cold outreach situations
