Creative Bid Proposal Artworker

Our client are an established Project Management Company that specialise in high end bid proposals. They currently work with a large list of high profile property clients and assist large to medium sized companies relocate offices, working the process from start to finish, starting with the location and through to the design and development of the space once purchased.
Our client are looking for a creative individual with a good knowledge of print design and artworking to join their team on a permanent basis. The chosen candidate will be working on the creation of bid proposals and internal documentation, following the company brand guidelines meticulously to create high-end brochures and pieces. It will be the chosen candidate’s responsibility to implement the design and artworking from start to finish, they should have a good knowledge of the entire print process and an understanding of special techniques such as foiling and embossing.
The majority of the day to day will be hands on artworking and designing print materials, liaising with senior members of the team to ensure that work is produced to the highest quality and is both on brief and on brand. It will be the selected candidate’s responsibility to prioritise their workflow and manage priority briefs.
Skills & Experience
Our client are looking for a creative professional with an excellent level of attention to detail and knowledge of the print process. Someone who is comfortable working as both part of a team and on their own. They ideally looking for a socially savvy Designer with a creative flare.
Other Skills Include:
- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe CS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A good understanding of print production
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisation skills
- Comfortable and willing to present ideas to the rest of the team.
