Artwork Project Planner responsible for Packaging Artwork. The position exists to support Fragrances, Skin and Cosmetic Brands and Product Launches by managing the artwork development and approval process on time and best quality. Focus is on all primary and secondary packaging components.
Other Key relationships Strong collaboration with marketing, supply chain, execution studio are needed.
Maintain excellent level of KPIs of Organization and Artwork Agency
Knowledge of color separation to improve quality of print data is appreciated

Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures
The Artwork Project Leader is responsible for the development, production, delivery and approval process in
execution with excellence of packaging components for Fragrance, Skin and Cosmetics. This is a key role in
the overall initiative and change management processes to guaranty high quality packaging on time for the
markets that will delight our consumers and fulfill legal and regulatory requirements.
The candidate owns and drives the artwork part of the overall Critical Path Schedule (CPS) of the projects in
accordance with the defined key milestones.
-Initiates and leads kick-off meeting for Artwork Planning with the cross functional delivery team (Brand, Initiative Leaders, R&D pack, R&D formula, CRA and local MKT).
-Presents and aligns artwork project CPS / timeline and introduces deliverables and approval responsibilities.
-Briefs artwork-studio according to provided inputs and timeline and review artwork files in terms of legal and regulatory correctness and color separation.
-Leads follow through with cross functional team members on their FFU deliverables (technical drawing, design data, INCI, Codes, etc..) to hit key milestones for 100% CPS adherence.
- Is responsible to maintain an excellent artwork RTFT (Right The First Time) and QI (Quality Incident) rate
for the own projects as well as for the overall team.
-Is fully capable to use WebCenter and connected tools in regards to work scope and able to train others.
-Holds “Admin” function for WebCenter to Maintain and support “End-Users”.
- Print production knowledge in order to input on print feasibility. Feasibility assessment always combined
with an eye on aesthetics and brand design.

- Technical Mastery in artwork requirements and tools (WebCenter) to drive daily business
