We are looking for a talented, highly conceptual Art Director who is ready for their next exciting challenge! Do you thrive in a fast past environment? Are you a strategic thinker with strong conceptual and creative design skills?

Our client is a TOP financial company in Alpharetta, looking for a talented Art Director to join their growing team! As a key member of the team you will work in
partnership with a dedicated Copywriter and establishes the conceptual direction, design and execution on large projects and marketing initiatives. You will work in conjunction with Sr. Account Managers and Clients on strategic national advertising and marketing campaigns, internal corporate communications, brand identity campaigns and experiential design initiatives (both print and digital).

You will manage and/or serve as a contributor on a variety of projects including but not limited to: executive leadership presentations, new marketing initiatives, print and digital corporate image campaigns, national advertising campaigns (trade/consumer), new business development initiatives, direct mail campaigns, internal corporate communications, brand identity development and campaigns, corporate events, TV, radio, video, environmental design, internal self-promotion campaigns, experiential design and web initiatives such as website design, digital dashboards, mobile apps, email campaigns and banner ads

Essential Responsibilities:

− You will work in a collaborative environment with peers, colleagues, managers and clients
− You will provide creative thought leadership in the development of high-quality print and broadcast, as well as environmental, experiential and digital design
− You will conduct creative wall reviews
− You will follow creative briefs and work with Account Managers to ensure assignment is clearly outlined and estimated
− You will work on strategic marketing initiatives and campaign strategies
− You will troubleshoot any questionable client/marketing strategy when it doesn’t align with market research or meet the needs of the consumer
− You will follow budgets, timelines and internal processes for each and every project
− You will create, develop and launch brands
− You will present work to external clients and internal executive leadership
− You will work expeditiously on a high volume of projects with constantly changing deadlines
− You will exercise good judgment and independent discretion regarding projects, initiatives and other company-related efforts
− You will manage assigned workflow while directing the work of others
− You will provide creative thinking during project kick-off meetings, brainstorming sessions and creative wall reviews
− You will influence and guide others with thought-provoking ideas and recommended solutions
− You will offer new ideas for creative processes, creative team management and collaboration

− You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts OR a high school diploma and 12 years of work experience in visual design and management experience
− You must have a minimum of 8 years of professional advertising agency experience and/or work within an in-house creative team
− You must be a team player
− You must be a flexible, fast thinker -- especially during critical or stressful times
− You must be able to take initiative and be a self-starter
− You must have strength in multi-tasking
− You must have innovative and out-of-the-box conceptual thinking skills
− You must have a deep understanding of strategic marketing and advertising, using market research as one of the influencers
− You must have exceptional skill in developing omni-channel concepts
− You must have in-depth knowledge of, and experience in creating and developing, brand identity
− You must have excellent presentation skills
− You must have outstanding communication and great people skills
− You must be proficient in Creative Cloud (i.e. Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign) as well as comfortable on both Mac and PC platforms
− You must be a master of MS Office application (primarily, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
− You must have a basic knowledge of HTML 5, CSS (ActionScript a plus but not required)
