Art Director, Sr. Marketing Designer

Our F500 client has an immediate need for an experienced Art Director for their print and digital projects.

Have great Art Direction experience at a F500 in house team or agency? Proven ability to concept, execute to build strong branding collateral?

As Senior Art Director, you'll partner with marketing and product managers, print producers, digital team and content producers to concept and execute design for direct mail, various print collateral, online site pages and various projects. You'll have an enormous opportunity to influence our look and feel, evolve our guidelines, and produce effective, innovative solutions.

Day to day Responsibilities:
-Brainstorm, concept and produce designs for print and digital- direct mail, internal print materials and digital.
-Image selection, wireframe designs for digital partners, establish look and feel for interface design
-work cross-functionally with designers, digital team and product managers.
-ensure that our projects are on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.

Requirements/ Skill Sets:
-Seasoned Corporate in house experience and/or related agency experience.
-Able to execute high level corporate design work that is sophisticated
-Needs to understand how to design for acquisition and direct mail pieces
-Possesses strong skills in typography, visual elements with strengths in conceptual design
-In addition to conceptual skills, excellent typography and design skills are a must
-passion for marketing and design in general
-Understanding financial services is a plus as well as the intellectual capacity and savvy to design for the industry's movers and shakers.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills are key
-Comfortable developing creative as you are at working with various cross-functional partners and managing projects
-Your conceptual, executional, multitasking and interpersonal skills are priceless

Prerequisites:
- BFA in Graphic design or equivalent Graphic Design/Art Director experience
- 7-10 years marketing design for corporations
- Proficient with the usual software: Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator
- Hands on, creative individual with the knowledge of principles and practices of graphic and visual design
- Effectively manage projects from start to finish
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment on a number of projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of printing/reproduction processes and techniques
