The Advertising Design Experience team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed Art Director to direct the design of innovative advertising experiences for a variety of global brands and strategic internal programs. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional visual design with an ability to develop innovative concepts that solve marketing needs for our clients.

Your primary focus will be to design visually compelling and beautiful advertising creative. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to create and bring ideas to life. Prior experience in an agency or media environment creating advertisements for global brands is a bonus.

Responsibilities

- Design compelling and engaging advertising concepts for our clients and customers that generate results.
- Take an idea from concept to reality.
- Understand usability principles that help drive successful designs.
- Analyze marketing challenges and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
- Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience and creative assets into advertising designs.
- Support sales teams by bringing big ideas to life through ideation and creation of high fidelity designs for sales presentations.
- Communicate design concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with a global team of designers, sales teams, and product managers to create dynamic advertising experiences


Basic Qualifications
- Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 7+ years of professional experience working as a visual, rich media, or interaction designer.
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong art direction, visual design skills and innovative interactive work.
- 3+ years experience working in mobile platforms.
- Experience setting art direction, coordinating and reviewing the work of the design team and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure highest quality and unity of visual style
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks, Visio, and Dreamweaver
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
- Advertising experience across a range of media including online, mobile, print and video.

Preferred Qualifications
- Motion design skills including ability to prototype in After Effects
- Copywriting skills a plus
