This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a highly respected and known agency for a seasoned and talented Art Director. You must have pharma or related experience in either an agency or corporate creative environment.

In this position you will provide a wide range of creative marketing services related to behavioral insights, content, digital, interactive and new media services, marketing analytics and research, media planning and buying, medical education, sales training development, scientific communications and publications planning, social media and social listening, wellness advertising and more.

If you have strong conceptual skills and the ability to immerse yourself into a brand’s campaign strategy to craft stories that connect with a brand audiences across multiple media channels, this could be for you.

You will:

• Develop innovative creative solutions, across channels
• Produce persuasive visual messages for both print and digital deliverables
• Have the ability to think creatively and strategically; have conceptual abilities as well as executional skills
• Work in a fast-paced working environment on multiple projects
• Be able to development sketches, style boards, storyboards and wireframes to visualize digital experiences for desktop browsers, mobile devices, interactive panels and videos
• Help lead others and oversee larger scale projects for quality and consistency
• Direct photographers, illustrators, designers and multimedia vendors
• Stay current on industry trends and technology

You should have:

• B.A. in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Arts, Design, or Communications or related
• 5+ years of experience crafting multichannel creative campaigns including print and digital tactics
• Have Healthcare/Pharma experience in an agency or in-house environment
• Outstaind communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, strong conceptual skills, and the ability to take responsibility for a project from concept to completion
• Maintain communication with all necessary team members to facilitate successful completion of the project, including creative, project management, development, and account service teams
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• An understanding of responsive design and development and a strong understanding of the possibilities and limitations of CSS, HTML, and DHTML for various devices
• A love of and passion for your work
