Are you an art director who has an eye for smart design and thinks big?

Do you have a portfolio to back it up? If so, let’s chat.

We’re looking for a art director with an agency background and recent

client­ side experience. The right candidate has an integrated marketing

background and understands how to create powerful work across

multiple channels. Digital, print, photography, video—we want to see it


You should be:

∙ A problem solver. Conceptual and strategic problem solving are key.

∙ A big thinker. We’re idea people—you should be too

∙ A team player

∙ An excellent presenter—you will be expected to sell your work

∙ Passionate about your craft and able to deliver high­ concept work whether the assignment is a snooze or a creative one

Additional skills that aren’t negotiable:

∙ Understand how to speak brand and marketing.

∙ You have a positive attitude and work well in a classic art

∙ You understand the benefits of process and you use it to your advantage

∙ You should have an eye for photography whether you’re shooting yourself or selecting from stock.

∙ Be able to produce design work from high quality show stoppers to low fidelity thumbnails.

∙ You understand the importance of creative strategy and use it to create powerful work.

∙ The ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet aggressive deadlines

∙ Have an understanding of Adobe Flash and HTML5

∙ Have experience working with clients in highly ­regulated


**Portfolio should include produced work for large, integrated

marketing campaigns.
