Art Director

0 people like this description

You’re the first to review a layout or film clip and the last to approve before it arrives, nearly perfect, in the Creative Director’s inbox. On any given day, you may review copy for brand consistency, brainstorm logo concepts with the designer and dish out creative gold in an ideation meeting for a new narrative commercial — all before noon. You live by the creative brief, rejoice in the minutiae of minor design and copy tweaks and mark your time by web launch and print deadlines. You’re in the artistic trenches every day in every way, and you couldn’t be happier about it.

As Art Director, you’re the creative engine of the company, constantly in the midst of production and jumping from project to project with the agility of a branch-hopping gray fox. Prior years of agency experience have primed you for such artistic acrobatics and taught you crucial communication code for reconciling client needs and creative vision.

Though regular agency work has kept you busy, you’re ready for a fresh opportunity to collaborate with a fast-paced, dynamic team. How about joining a bold, industry-leading, first-of-its-kind company with purpose, vision and stability? How about becoming part of a collaborative community committed to compensating experienced, creative, talented individuals with shockingly competitive salaries? How about a vibrantly unorthodox work environment, an opportunity to travel to some of the world’s most sought-after destinations and the ability to work with properties and clients so amazing you can’t help but tell the world about them? Yeah, that sounds good.
