Define, develop and execute effective and cohesive brand identity and marketing communications supporting brand image and product awareness for client. Marketing communications include but are not limited to brand, photography, retail point-of-purchase, packaging identity, web site/multimedia, print literature, direct mail, print advertisements, logo design, exhibits, video and PowerPoint Presentations.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement visual communication materials from concept through production.

• Apply user-centered design processes and design best practices to create concepts, layout designs, storyboards, wire frames, site navigation and interactive projects.
• Present concept pencil sketches and final layouts to clients for approval.
• Confer with clients to determine objectives, budget, background information, and presentation approaches, styles, and techniques.
• Lead creative development on specified campaigns/projects
• Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video and sound.
• Lead brainstorming sessions.
• Provide art direction and cohesive brand identity by giving examples, setting up team critique sessions, review work and give constructive criticism as well as clear direction for visual communications deliverables at key stages of development.
• Prepare detailed storyboards showing sequence and timing of story development for video production.
• Manage quality control standards of communications materials by reviewing and maintaining standards.
• Attend photo shoots and printing sessions to ensure that the products needed are obtained.
• Provide leadership to meeting work commitments, timely fulfillment and follow-through on management requests.
• Project a positive and collaborative work attitude and workplace professionalism.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Marcom and Marketing staff and outside vendors/agencies.
• Demonstrate dependability and accountability.
