Art Director

WANTED: Art Director with print, experiential, digital, and basic web development experience. Ability to use Keynote, Prezi, Adobe Creative Suite (CS6+) including After Effects, HTML 5 and Flash.

In this role you will work directly and collaboratively with members of the creative team to develop and produce effective communications. The ideal candidate will be self-organized and able to manage multiple / concurrent jobs.

Additional Duties to include:

• Facilitate presentations and have strong presentation skills; able to communicate tactically and strategically
• Maintain awareness of latest advertising and marketing trends in the finance industry and advertising in general
• Brainstorm with team to develop marketing ideas
• Web, mobile and social experience a plus.

4-year degree (preferred) in design or similar discipline. 3-5 years design and art direction experience.

Mid to High-budget print projects and campaigns. Demonstrates industry, conceptual and technical diversity. Likely to see unusual or unconventional formats. Brochures, videos, storyboards, ad comps, showing evidence of “thinking outside the box” while achieving goals. Examples of B2B, B2C.

Industry Knowledge:
Direct Mail and/or web design experience required within any industry, (Financial Services, preferred)

Technical Knowledge:
InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop are required. Acrobat helpful. Web program experience also helpful: Flash, Fireworks, Dreamweaver
