Our AD's are hands-on interactive design masters. Their passions: creative concepts, wireframes, layout, photography, typography, all the fanciest of Photoshop trickery, motion design, UI innovation, social media & new technologies.

They're the primary support for creative leadership from concept to completion, partnering with our copy, marketing and technology teams to develop best-in-class brand experiences for our highest profile initiatives. The work: key product launch campaigns, support for major events, enhancements to our commerce/content platforms across online/mobile channels, social media, video/motion production and other various support for any blue chip creative, merchandising, marketing or technology objective.

Our AD's love working on complex interfaces and have the capacity to distill/prioritize information & goals across various business functions into a tight, elegant experience for the customer. They bring great attention to detail and strive to define & adhere to the highest of standards. They're obsessed with the all things internet, and possess a passion for driving to it's bleeding edge. And most importantly, they're the industry's BEST designers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and produce site launches, emails, and special projects/presentations (Team distorts more complex and high profile site launches to the ADs versus web designers)
• Conceptualize online presentation for seasonal initiatives (there are several features and campaigns that are unique to the web that ADs must conceptualize and design, i.e. Denim guide, bra fit guide, online promotions)
• Understand the creative and marketing objectives for each project assigned
• Partner with marketing and merchant partners to design brand-right layouts for the Web with an eye to performance and ease of use
• Work with Senior Art Director and Web Design team to extend and optimize Web functionality, site architecture, user interface and navigation
• Manage and mentor designers and temporary help or freelancers as assigned
• Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met
• Produce, optimize and output final Web-ready digital artwork in support of site updates
• Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process
• Maintain and update content templates to ensure accurate and efficient design production

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Sophisticated sense of visual design/style
• Passion for developing intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Impeccable design fundamentals (type, image, color)
• Proven ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences
• Working understanding of ecommerce and marketing best practices
• Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing
• Collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
• Resourceful self-starter who gets things done
• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, constructive approach
• Strong communication and presentation skills required
