Our client, a full service integrated communications firm, is looking for an experienced creative professional with outstanding design, management and client skills to join their team!! He/she must possess exceptional art direction and design skills with the ability to contribute to creative development for a wide range of communications, advertising and marketing materials that include print, television, outdoor, branding, interactive, animation and digital media.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for translating established creative direction into conceptual ideas
• Articulate and present design and conceptual choices to internal and external audiences
• Provide feedback and critique of group’s work in meeting communications objectives
• Accountable for managing a team when needed and leading them in the development of creative work that is consistent, of excellent quality, and meets project objectives
• Plan and direct many internal details of workflow on assigned projects, working with account team to ensure on-time delivery of all creative materials
• Develop strong creative solutions that meet objectives within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Design and execute comps, storyboards, presentation boards and other creative materials as needed for client and new business work
• Participate in many new business development and marketing efforts including concepting and internal projects
• Collaborate with outside vendors and specialists, such as artists, illustrators and photographers on production and project execution
• Assist in the development of the creative team members, provide senior creative with ongoing assessment, feedback and critique of individual’s work
• Follow the creative direction of senior creative staff and account staff, assists in assessing scope and estimating fees for projects
• Report to Creative Director
