JOB TITLE: Art Director

The Art Director is expected to concept, create and execute breakthrough digital marketing and experience concepts for existing clients and new business pitches.

The job requirements include: A formal education in design with knowledge of color theory, typography, animation, experience architecture and production. Practical experience art directing and developing work for clients with successful results such as awards and/or business performance. Experience partnering with a copywriter and supervising designers. An expertise in digital design with a thorough understanding of web design best practices including resolution, file compatibility, optimization, media standards and site architecture. A passion for invention and creative problem solving to uncover the next big idea that drives commerce. Be a go-getter with an entrepreneurial attitude to take advantage of creative and business-growing opportunities. Have 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and experience design.

Candidates should have an impressive portfolio that showcases creative skills in online advertising, website experiences, static messaging and video storytelling. They should be proficiency in Adobe creative suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign -- expertise in Final Cut, After Effects, Flash and Dreamweaver are a huge plus. They should have very good time management skills and an ability to communicate thoughtfully and concisely about creative concepts and partner with non-creatives in an inspiring, professional manner.
