Designs and manages complete products and feature areas. Works with Bings Visual Systems team for overall visual design and direction of products. Must have the ability to follow the Brand Identity guidelines. Oversees large teams of artists and designers through entire project or product cycle. Addresses global design issues across product groups for online, and html models.

Strong knowledge of user interface and functionality design required. Strong creative skills and ability to generate design ideas required. Advanced experience in creating and implementing usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams is required. Advanced knowledge of web technologies (i.e. HTML and CSS). Fluency with standard design software tools (Fireworks, Illustrator, etc) required. Expert interaction design and web technology skills (i.e. Flash) may be required. Strong knowledge or experience with database served websites. Experience working with rich client or web applications preferred. Must be familiar with industry standards and trends. Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team required. Must have ability to own and drive projects. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

5-7 years graphic/user interface design experience required. Must have a proven record designing and managing complete projects with consistent, cohesive and appropriate designs at a professional quality level. Must work to ensure that all design elements follow the Brand Identity guidelines. Some basic knowledge of HTML may be required. Portfolio review required. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or Design may be required. Master's degree in Visual Design, Visual Communications or related field preferred.
