We are looking for an Art Director wth 5-7 years experience in Seattle, WA for a Private Brand division of a Fortune 500 e-commerce brand. You must have an online portfolio to be considered. Who You Are The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic person who works well under pressure and can thrive in a deadline driven atmosphere. They must have a strong individual sense of aesthetics and be able to bring stylish, elevated ideas to the table. In addition, they should have the ability to deliver clean, on-brand designs based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced environment. This position requires intrinsic design abilities, typographic skills, digital expertise, and acute attention to detail. Not only do you have the technical skills and a killer portfolio to back it up, you function as a conceptual thinker that can contribute to larger multi-channel campaigns. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential. Ability to demonstrate conceptual thinking through visual storytelling. 

DUTIES: 
Design breakthrough digital advertising and brand experiences 
Support marketing teams by bringing big ideas to life through ideation and creation of high fidelity designs 
Analyze and optimize campaigns 
Support marketing teams with design and execution of digital and brand advertising campaigns 
Confidently present creative concepts to internal stakeholders, marketing managers and senior management for review and approval 

REQUIREMENTS: 
Qualified candidates should have between 5-7 years of professional experience including: • An online portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills and experience creating rich media. • Able to develop compelling creative concepts based on strategic marketing input and present ideas to senior management • Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Expert level experience in Adobe Design Suite • Experience designing for social media channels You are an experienced art director who has successfully demonstrated taking business goals and turning them into inspiring world-class designs. You understand the complexity of marketing and know how to set the visual standard for different categories. You have strong organizational skills, web expertise, intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, and acute attention to detail. You're driven to tell brand stories that connect with customers across a variety of industries. 

PREFERRED: 
• 5+ years of experience in the design field as an AD, CD, or ACD/Sr. Designer • 2+ years in a digital advertising capacity where candidate has a portfolio that shows: out of home experiences, digital as well as print campaigns, and reasoning as to why they made the decisions they made. • Strong project management experience, communication, and team-oriented mindset where the candidate has executed successfully against deadlines in an in-house creative team or agency
